I have been privileged to attend the last three Mastermind sessions from Club Leader's Forum. Each provided incredible learning experiences that resulted in a better-run Club and networking opportunities with the top GMs in the country.  

A hot topic at the recent Jupiter, Florida Mastermind centered on 2022 dues increases and the significant increases expected at most Clubs in 2023. Sharing this cutting-edge information with my Board last month armed us to consider raising our dues by 10% instead of the 5% previously discussed. Our operations will significantly improve with this aggressive move.

I am a great believer in high-level education and communication with peers in our industry. The MASTERMIND FORUMS provide an excellent balance of education, roundtable discussion, and social events to make participation worthwhile. 
 
The Mastermind events present a rare opportunity for GMs to discuss premiere Private Club issues and topics with their counterparts. Additionally, Clubs from each Platinum category are present; Golf, Country, Yacht, Athletic and City Clubs. Although there are obvious differences, we discovered that many of us face similar challenges and opportunities.
